Every time a deliverable you submit is rejected, your stats will be affected. This will, in return, cause your ranking to get lower and reduce your invitations to projects.
There are 2 users who can reject your deliverables:
- Our Quality Control team. Our team is here to ensure all the deliverables that go through our system matches our quality standards. All our categories have highly skilled and trained individuals that are in charge of ensuring your deliverables can be forwarded to our clients. If you want to know more about quality control rejections, you can check our article Why did Quality Control reject my deliverable?
- Our client. If our client decides your deliverable is not fit for their needs, they can reject the project.
The overall goal of Bunny Inc. is to find the best Pro to fulfill a project request as fast as possible. We give priority to Pros with low rejection rates to claim projects. This behavior speeds up our process and improves the marketplace.
