Revisions are requests for changes in your deliverables sent via our system. These requests may be sent by our quality control team or our clients.
When are Revisions requested?
- When the submitted deliverable needs to follow the remarks more accurately.
- When our client wants to add a new section to the deliverable.
- When our client needs to make changes to the deliverable.
- When our client needs to change part of the remarks and overall tone.
When are Quality Control Revisions requested?
- If the recording doesn't pass our quality control standards.
- If the recording fails to match the project's brief and/or remarks.
Will Pros be paid to submit revisions?
Depending on the case. Quality control revisions will not be awarded extra payments. This is because these revisions are sent due to the original file not being apt to send to our clients. Keep in mind only approved files will be awarded payments.
We only expect Pros to charge extra for revisions when the instructions provided in the original remarks were modified, when new areas of the script are requested, or when our client made adjustments to the original script provided. If the revision is asking you to make more emphasis on an intention or to make the remarks more accurately, there shouldn't be further payment.
Bunny Inc. is based on an honor system; we trust our Pros to charge what they believe to be fair for the revisions taking into consideration the initial reward accepted when the project was offered.
How much time do Pros have to submit a revision?
Depends on the case. Quality Control revisions will automatically have assigned a specific time taking into account the project's length. For example, contest auditions have a delivery time of 25 - 32 minutes. This time will start elapsing as soon as our team has sent the revision and you have received the email.
Client revisions should be delivered within 24 hours after being requested. They will, however, expire after 48 hours.
How many days do your clients have to request revisions for projects?
Our clients can request revisions up to 90 days after a project has received a deliverable. The time will start elapsing once your recording is approved by our quality control team and has been forwarded to our client.
I received a revision request from your client but I realized I won't be able to deliver on time. What can I do?
If the revision can't be completed in the expected time, please submit a request or raise a flag to let us know when you will be able to have it ready. The team will contact our client and see if this new deadline is possible or we are able to reassign the project to another Pro who can deliver the project sooner.
