Every deliverable is subject to an internal review by our Quality Control team. Our team is composed of highly skilled individuals who are trained to review all the deliverables that come our way.
Our team can reject deliverables for the following reasons:
- The deliverable did not meet our Quality Control requirements. All our categories have high standards that must be met for every deliverable you submit. For this reason, our team reviews all your deliveries and ensures they match what we're offering our clients.
- The deliverable did not match the project's brief. All our projects will include a brief stating the project's age, gender, language and accent that are required. If the voice presented doesn't match this brief, our team will proceed to reject the deliverable.
- The deliverable differs from the remarks provided by the client. Every project includes extra remarks provided by our client which must be met for every deliverable submitted. If the recording differs from them, our team will reject or request a revision to the file depending on how much the recording differs from the initial request.
I don't agree with my rejection from your Quality Control team, what can I do?
If you believe your rejection is unclear or unfair, you can share your deliverable alongside the rejection comments you received from our team in our Community space. Here, members of our team, as well as other Pros, will listen to your file and give you feedback on it.
Keep in mind this is the only space available for this review.
I don't understand the rejection reason and would like to get more feedback. Where can I go?
If you would like to get more detailed feedback on your recording, you can share your deliverable alongside the rejection comments you received from our team in our Community space. Here, members of our team, as well as other Pros, will listen to your file and give you feedback on it.
