A project's turnaround time is calculated automatically based on its complexity and length. This time is an estimation of the time that a Pro will need to complete and upload a deliverable as well as the time our quality control team takes to review a recording. Turnaround time will be expressed in calendar days and it will not take into consideration time zones and/or business hours.
The system assigns a default 4-day turnaround time to all our new Pros while they start taking care of their own Bookings. Once the Pro has delivered 5 projects, our system will start to calculate their own turnaround time and will showcase it to our clients. For this reason, it's super important for you to be quick and effective when accepting/delivering your projects.
After 5 projects, the turnaround time will be recalculated every completed project you deliver. This is aiming to provide a more precise estimation of how much time it will take to submit a deliverable for you.
Response time for bookings is reflected in the overall response time stats, but is not used for determining priority in project invites. Keep in mind it will just be used to show our clients how long they'll have to wait for a project, but it won't impact your ranking within our algorithm and/or standing in search.
