You can withdraw your funds at any time after receiving your payments via Paypal, Payoneer or by requesting a wire transfer.
Paypal is our recommended method as it's the fastest option as well as the only method that doesn't have a minimum transaction amount. We don't charge anything for withdrawing funds PayPal, however, fees from their side may apply. For more information in regards to Paypal fees please visit their website.
Payoneer transactions are completely free from both sides. The minimum amount to use Payoneer is USD $15 and the full withdrawal process with this method can take from 2 - 8 business days.
Wire transfers can be used when you have at least US$50 in your account. Unlike PayPal and Payoneer, wires have a US$25 flat transaction fee. Finance will send a confirmation email once the transaction has been completed. This process usually takes 48 business hours.
Where can I go to withdraw your money?
To withdraw your funds please follow these steps:
- Sign into your Bunny Inc. account.
- Go to Payments and balance.
- Click on Withdraw funds from your Bunny Inc. account.
- Select the payment method of your preference.
If you wish to use Payoneer, please emails us at firstname.lastname@example.org as we need to follow certain verification steps. In this request, please include your Payoneer and Bunny Inc email addresses.
Can I set up my withdrawal method before receiving payment?
Now. If you have $0 in your balance, the withdraw funds link will not be made available. This means you will only be able to choose your withdrawal methodology once you've received payments.
Do you save my PayPal, Payoneer or Bank information?
No. For security reasons, our system will not store any information surrounding your payment methods. For this reason, It's important to always review that the data you provide is complete and accurate.
But when I try to withdraw via PayPal, my email address is there!
Keep in mind that our system auto-completes the PayPal format with your VoiceBunny email address to save time. If you use a different email address on PayPal, please make sure you change it on the corresponding field.
I made a mistake when entering my data! Can I change the information to ensure the money is not being sent to someone else?
Absolutely! Once you notice you've made a mistake entering your payment information, please email us at email@example.com or file a request via this Help Center and we will jump right on it to ensure the information is corrected.
I'm unable to request a withdrawal via PayPal. What can I do?
If the system gives you an error message or asks you to contact our team before requesting a PayPal transfer, please email us or file a request. We will make sure we verify what happened and get back to you as soon as possible.
