    These cases are much better handled via support@bunnyinc.com as the PM team is in charge of all ongoing projects.

    I've seen that your deliverable has been approved in the end. Apologize if that revision request was not needed.

    Whenever you flag a project and the PM team takes too long to respond, please just submit the recording according to what you understand from the instructions. If there are any issues with QC we can always double check the reasons behind the rejection afterward.
